A wonderful antique Edwardian Suffragette brooch featuring a lucky three leaf clover decorated with Amethysts, a Peridot and Pearl.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The piece is fashioned in 18ct Yellow Gold and fitted with a solid pin. It is a highly collectable little brooch and would make a lovely gift.
